About  Guillemot Holiday Flat

A refurbished cottage style, three-bedroom second floor flat located in the picturesque harbour town of East Looe. Situated right in the heart of Looe within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and just a stone's throw away from the beach. Unfortunately, as with most properties in Looe located near the town centre and Quayside, there are no private parking facilities. However, access is available for unloading a vehicle and there is car parking on the Quayside which is situated in the main town or at Millpool car park located just over the bridge, and both offer 24 hour parking at a fee.

The flat offers everything you need for the perfect stay in Looe. It has a fully fitted open plan kitchen, including fridge, cooker, microwave and dishwasher (plus kettle, toaster and all necessary cutlery and crockery, etc). It also has Wi-Fi, flat screen smart tv in the living room, an iron and table-top ironing board.

There is one double bedroom with a flat screen smart TV and an ensuite toilet and wash hand basin . A further double bedroom and a third bedroom with single bed and travel cot if requested. (Bed linen and towels are supplied but not for travel cot or beach use). It also has a family shower room with good sized shower, toilet and wash hand basin, hair dryer and large mirror.

 

With its large open plan kitchen and living area which has been refurbished to a high standard, it offers comfortable and cosy living accommodation.
